1. Provision of a street mailing address in Hong Kong (same as Provider’s office address) for commercial letters or small packages of less than 0.6M*0.6M*0.6M
2. Mails forwarding

Please Note:

• Provider will not notify clients for the receipt of the commercial letters, for small packages, Provider will notify clients their receipt by email upon receipt;
• The prices quoted above have not yet covered the postages incurred and our handling charges for mail forwarding;
• Mails forwarding from Hong Kong to anywhere. Mails will be sent weekly or any other interval specified by clients to the address specified by clients. Letters will be forwarded by airmail unless otherwise requested by clients.  Providerwill charge USD3 as our handling charge for every batch of mails forwarded;
• Provider takes a US$100 deposit to cover postage to be incurred and our handling charges for letters forwarded and then invoice for a further sum when this is used up;
• Provider will only receive small packages of less than size 0.6M*0.6M*0.6M and only one package every receipt. Clients must arrange to pick the small packages up within one week from its receipt or request Provider to arrange the reforwarding within one week from its receipt at clients’ expenses. Provider refuse to receive the package if we think it contains dangerous goods. Provider reserves all rights to open the package to check the contents if the packages are sent to our office.

 

Full virtual services in Hong Kong-mailing address, Hong Kong telephone and fax services – US$1,200 / Per Annum

Provider offers complete Hong Kong virtual office at an annual fee of US$1,200. Annual fee should be payable in advance.

3. Answering phones with company name
4. Mails, telephone and fax messages forwarding

• Mails forwarding from Hong Kong to anywhere. Mails will be sent weekly or any other interval specified by clients to the address specified by clients. • Provider will forward the telephone and fax messages to clients by email upon receipt; No phone re-forwarding and voice mail services is available for the package, Furthermore, no relocation of telephone line is available;
• Provider takes a US$100 deposit to cover postage and our handling charges and then invoice for a further sum when this is used up;
